SPM - space puzzle molding - is the fastest rapid tooling method in the world for manufacturing complex parts with injection molding. The inserts that create the shape are manufactured in aluminum using the latest technologies. For injection molding, the mold inserts- which are taken apart by hand - are inserted in the patented mold frame.

The SPM toolkit system permits the quick and easy exchange of molds between small and large injection molding machines. Compared to conventional injection molding, the mold price in the SPM method is up to 50 percent lower and delivery of the required parts is twice as fast. There is merely an insignificant increase in the parts price as a result of manual demolding.
